TCF-Honolulu Chapter held
their Candle Lighting Memorial at La Pietra School on December 9,
2007. Well over 100 parents, siblings, relatives and friends joined
together to participate in a candle lighting ceremony that was conducted
across the globe at 7:00 in every time zone for 24 hours. As the
harp and flute played, family and friends sat in semi-twilight to honor
our children. Then at 7:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time, loved ones lit
their candles one by one as the bagpipe commenced its soulfull tune.
TCF-Honolulu Chapter will hold their 10th Annual Candle Lighting Memorial on Sunday December 14, 2008 at La Pietra at 6:30 p.m. Candles will be provided. We will have a special table/board to display your child's photo. |
